Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, we want to provide you with a clear and simple notice on how we will process your personal data.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED

“Personal data” means any information relating to the user that allows us to identify them, such as name, contact details, booking reference number, payment details, and information about their access to our website.

The data collected are divided into the following categories:

Data provided by the user:

• When requesting a reservation, you will need to provide the following information: your first and last name, your contact details (email address and phone number), information about the car covered by the service, and details of your trip (departure and arrival date, departure airport and destination).

• For online bookings, additional billing data will be requested. For individuals: first name, last name, address, and tax code. For companies: company name, VAT number or tax code, and address.

• For registration to the reserved area, if you are an individual we will request your email address, first and last name, phone number, address, tax code or VAT number, and information about the cars covered by the service. For companies or agencies we will request company data such as company name, website, contact details, tax code or VAT number; we will also request the name, surname, and contact details of a reference person.

Data collected from third parties:

• When accessing our site and requesting a reservation, certain data will be collected and provided to us by third-party services, such as:

Google Analytics (Google Inc.):

• Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
  Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to compile reports, and to share them with other services developed by Google.
  Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

• The data collected by Google Analytics allow us to gather the following information:
  a) information about your device’s browser and operating system;
  b) the IP address of the device you are using;
  c) the web pages of ours that you are visiting;
  d) the links you click while using our services;
  e) information about the user accessing our site (such as demographic data, interests, geographic data).
  

Google Adwords (Google Inc.):

• This site uses the persistent Google Adwords cookie provided by Google Inc. (“Google”): it is a service that allows Google and affiliated sites to display advertising messages tailored to the user’s needs through a tracking and profiling system for advertising purposes, which also uses the keywords entered by the user during search. The maximum retention period for data collected with Google Adwords is 12 months.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The data you voluntarily provide will be processed for the following purposes:
- Parking reservation and any sending of information you request;
- administrative activities strictly connected and instrumental to managing customer relations (e.g., acquisition of preliminary information for concluding a contract, carrying out operations based on obligations arising from contracts concluded with customers, etc.);
- accounting activities (issuing invoices, arranging payments);
- provision of goods and services and for the protection of the credit positions deriving therefrom;
- informative activities, for formalizing requests for information about our service and for preparing quotes or offers;
- subscription to mailing lists, informational–commercial and statistical activities, until you object.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Your personal data are processed using both paper and electronic and/or automated means. Elysium Srl has appropriate policies and has implemented technical and organizational measures to safeguard and protect personal data against unlawful or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, and unlawful or unauthorized use and disclosure. We will also take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff and employees who have access to your personal data have received adequate training. In any case, please note that any transmission of data over the Internet is not completely secure and, as such, is carried out at your own risk. While we will do our best to protect your personal data, Elysium Srl cannot guarantee the security of personal data transmitted through this website.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

In accordance with Art. 5(1)(e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be kept in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were processed. If we process the Data for multiple purposes, it will be deleted or saved in a format that does not allow any direct conclusion to be drawn regarding your identity as soon as the last specific purpose has been fulfilled.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

Personal data will not be transferred abroad, neither within nor outside the European Union.

When we process your personal data, you have a series of rights that you can exercise at any time. Below is an overview of these rights and what they mean for you:

Right of access and rectification of your personal data:

• You have the right—at any time—to access, correct, or update your data. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Data, which we store and process on an ongoing basis, are kept accurate, complete, up to date, and relevant, based on the most recent information provided to us.

  a) the processing is based on your consent;
  b) the processing is carried out by us to perform a contract;

Right to restriction of processing:

• You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data if:
  a) you believe your personal data are not accurate;

  c) we no longer need the personal data we collected, but you request the data in order to assert or exercise a right or defend yourself in legal proceedings;
  d) you have objected to the processing of your personal data and are awaiting a determination as to whether your interests supporting such objection prevail over the reasons that justify the processing of your data.

  d) you object to the processing of your personal data for Elysium Srl’s legitimate interests (such as improving the overall user experience on the websites);
  e) the personal data have not been processed in accordance with legal provisions;
  f) your personal data must be deleted in compliance with legal requirements.
